Can E-Cigarettes and Vaping Help You Quit Smoking – See the Facts!

Vaping has received a lot of attention within the past couple of years for being a leisure activity however it’s been used by many as a manner of quitting smoking and tobacco cigarettes.

What are e-cigarettes and vaping?

If you do notice any difficulty when it comes to breathing, any uncomfortability when using your lungs, and/or if you are pregnant, stop vaping immediately and go to your nearest emergency room. What does science say about vaping and cigarettes?
